There only gold matters!
You get a job or work for someone (in a guild).
To get up a business you need to create a guild. (Guilds will only be created by a GM and you will need to pay a high amount of gold for it!)
Then people will come and work for you, they will give you ore,wood and stuff that they worked at.
After that you will give the resources to a npc. (NPC quest givers only for level 80 QUEST!)
And the money you get from there you will give to the players that are working for you. (By trade)
And of course you will keep a big part of the gold. (You need to tell them in the guild information or somewhere how much they will get payed!)
Making levels will be very difficult. It will take a lot of time and you might get bored of it.
That is why you should only work for someone when you are a low level.
